Harry Weed served many public works roles in communities across New York before retiring in 2015. Throughout his career, Weed was an active ºûµûÖ±²¥ member and leader of the organization. He served on ºûµûÖ±²¥â€™s Board of Directors, as well as the Emergency Management Committee and Facilities & Grounds Committee. He was president of the ºûµûÖ±²¥ New York Metropolitan Chapter and chaired the chapter’s Government Affairs Committee. Weed was named one of ºûµûÖ±²¥â€™s Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year in 2008. One of Weed’s favorite things about working in public works is that every day offers a new challenge or opportunity to make an impact.
