The, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), was passed into law in November 2021 with ºûµûÖ±²¥’s strong support. The IIJA is a historic investment in our nation’s infrastructure: $1.2 trillion over five years, including $550 billion in new federal spending. Grants, loans, and other forms of assistance will be distributed by numerous federal agencies to assist with projects in areas including transportation, water/wastewater, emergency management, resiliency, cybersecurity, and more. New programs will be executed through agency rule making procedures, and existing programs will receive increased funding.

ºûµûÖ±²¥ has collected the following resources and information to help ensure public works professionals have the tools necessary to be informed and to access this federal assistance. This page will be updated regularly as implementation of the IIJA continues and ºûµûÖ±²¥ develops new educational resources. Check back frequently to stay in the know!
