How to Register
There are two ways to register:
1. Register online
Note: You must log in to register online. If you do not have an ºûµûÖ±²¥ account, you can create one (there is no cost, and you do not need to be a member of ºûµûÖ±²¥). If you do not know your username and/or password, there is an option to recover them. If you believe you are a member of ºûµûÖ±²¥ but are unable to access a member record, please contact ºûµûÖ±²¥ Membership Services at 800-848-2792.
ºûµûÖ±²¥ Member Agencies: If your city has an ºûµûÖ±²¥ agency membership, please note that individuals must be listed on your agency's roster to receive the member registration rates.

Registration Types
Full Attendee Registration
Full registration includes entrance into the exhibit hall, education sessions, Sunday Get Acquainted Party, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Monday Awards and Recognition Ceremony, downloadable recordings of education sessions, CEUs, and lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to be used in the exhibit hall.

Young Professional (must be 35 years or younger): $669
Chief Elected Official: Complimentary (one per governing body) with primary paid full registration type. Please contact pwx@apwa.org for pre-approval. Chief elected official includes a chairperson of a county board of commissioners, a county executive, a city mayor, a township supervisor, a village president, or their designee.
Guest / Spouse Registration
Guest refers to a significant other, spouse, or personal friend, not a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse registration includes: entrance into the exhibit hall, education sessions, Sunday Get Acquainted Party, Monday National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Monday Awards & Recognition Ceremony, lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to be used in the exhibit hall.

One-Day Registration
One-day registration includes education sessions, exhibit floor access for the day of registration as well as a lunch voucher to be used in the exhibit hall. (Sunday includes the Get Acquainted Party; Monday includes National Equipment Roadeo spectator access and the Awards & Recognition Ceremony.)

Expo-Only Pass
Exhibit hall access is for the day of registration only. Includes: access to exhibit hall, prize ticket for that day, Exhibitor Solutions Theater, Technology Theater, New Product Showcase and The Pitch access.

Includes: National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, operations and maintenance education sessions, exhibit floor access, and Monday lunch voucher.

Monday and Tuesday Public Works Stormwater Summit
You may register for this as a standalone program. It is already included with the full- and one-day (Monday and Tuesday) registration types. Standalone registration for the Stormwater Summit includes access to the program and the exhibit hall. Program is from 2:00–5:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

Wednesday Workshop Learning Tours
Space is limited and open only to full registration types and Wednesday one-day registrations. Due to limited space, only ticketed registered attendees may participate. First come, first served. We will add capacity if allowed.
Additional fee of $50 applies for member and nonmember registration types.
Wednesday Facilities and Grounds Management Certificate Program
This certificate program can be added to any registration type or as a standalone activity.
The Facilities and Grounds Management Certificate program will cover the basic need-to-know topics that professionals in the facilities and grounds disciplines need to understand to perform their jobs effectively and proficiently. The program provides training and real-life experiences in the areas of ADA compliance, grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, capital improvement planning, and more. This program is ideal for new managers/area managers to the area of facilities or grounds, experienced supervisors, or experienced managers who would like a refresher. 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Saturday Self-Assessment and Accreditation Workshop
The Self-Assessment and Accreditation Workshop has been developed with a focus on understanding the practices for completing the self-assessment and improvement process using the Public Works Management Practices Manual and the software tool.
Public works self-assessment and accreditation provide opportunities for continuous improvement to your overall operations, ultimately leading to better quality of life for your community. Plan for a stronger, more resilient operation in which your employees are empowered by this opportunity to share their expertise and knowledge.

Saturday Young Professionals Summit
Consistent with the Young Professionals (YP) Committee mission to connect, develop, and empower young professionals in public works, the YP Summit aims to provide an engaging platform for young professionals within the dynamic realm of public works. Through insightful networking opportunities, enriching interactions with experienced leaders, and targeted skill-building sessions, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and tools essential to not only advance in their careers but to also lead the industry forward. In addition, the YP Summit will provide a space for young professionals to engage and connect with ºûµûÖ±²¥ leadership and YP leaders within the organization.

Exhibitor Conference Registration
Exhibitor Conference Registration includes all education sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall access, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, and the Monday Awards & Recognition Ceremony.
Each exhibiting company is allotted a number of complimentary exhibitor conference registrations based on size of booth. Once that allotment is reached an additional fee applies.

Get Acquainted Party: This will be a ticketed event. Tickets will automatically be added to attendee “Full†and “Sunday One-Day†registration types. A limited number of tickets are available for sale. The cut-off date for tickets sales is August 15, 2024.
